Benefits of water in singing

Water is a single resource whichis free for all , around 70% percent of the earth is so caled to be water . Water is the first thing we want to drink after gym ,walking or running or any other sport  . Water is a transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance, which is the main constituent of Earth's streams, lakes, and oceans, and the fluids of most living organisms. It is vital for all known forms of life, even though it provides no calories or organic nutrients . In order to keep your vocal folds truly hydrated, you need to be drinking water throughout the day. Keeping hydrated will also help to keep your throat and mouth lubricated, making speaking and articulation easier as well.

When you sing (or talk, whisper, or breathe), you are passing air over your vocal folds, which can dry them out. And usually it happens when we talk much , remeber a day when talk endlessly of your past love stories and fun in the school with your bestie and that night before you sleep your vocal cords got dehydrated and there's so much pain there . Staying hydrated helps prevent this.

When your Vocals cord Dehydrate

1. Dry/scratchy throat

How to sing high notes without pain in your vocal cords ?

If you’re looking to hit your high notes on a regular basis, the recipe is simple. Make sure to drink at least eight glasses of cool or room temperature water consistently throughout the day.
